Not an honest business. They quoted me a price on a cake for a 5 year old boy. When my husband went to pick the cake up they charged $50 instead of the $35 quoted. When I called they said you should have been charged only $41. They refused a refund or store credit. The cake was smaller than the usual half sheet cake and the taste wasn't very good. Their pies at Thanksgiving time were very small and were frozen! Not a good bakery they are going downhill. We used to like their baked goods but their stuff is getting smaller in size as the price keeps going up! Flavor is gone as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and find another small bakery who cares about their customers.

Best bakery in town nice young woman at the front end they are a pleasure to do business with. Consider it a welcome addition to the utica area.
