As another reviewer said, beware the lying/stealing management. The buildings are falling apart, maintenance doesn't know what they are doing (they don't even know how to replace smoke detectors..). Parking lot is falling apart, doors and windows do NOT work. BLACK MOLD ALL OVER THE PLACE. Disgusting for $1,000/month (950 plus utilities!!!). ELECTRIC HEAT is so expensive. Water randomly shuts off.... JUST STAY AWAY. Or get out while you can!!! Unsafe, dangerous, very bad place to live!! :(

Nice place to live. Been here 30 years and like the convenience of being on outskirts of New Hartford but only minutes from everything we need- shopping, gas, Dr.'s, entertainment, major roads, etc. Maintenance and office staff are always there to help, problems are addressed in a timely manner.
