Well, he showed up at my house, that gets one star. Looked at my machine and offered to get me a quote to fix it. That was 7 days ago and I haven't heard a word! Won't respond to e-mails, phone messages, texts, anything. I wouldn't rely on this person at all!! Thank goodness I didn't let him take my machine with him! His name is Frank, I wouldn't recommend him at all!!
