Will never go back to this store. Same day had 2 different experiences. I purchased a screen protector and the salesman installed it and was extremely courteous and helpful. 2 hours later came back for my son's phone that was the glass screen was being replaced and the young women could not have been more rude. I complained to the manager, who gave me a phony so sorry. Stay away from this store go to the Danbury location!

i just bought a ipod 4 g.. I was having trouble accessing the itunes store. I made an appointment to this location. The person responsible for tech support was so rude. He made no eye contact with me, acted like he owned he world.. heavy set black male 5''10 .. dont go to him for support.. he is very RUDE!!!
