We have had 3 wonderful experiences over the years using Ken Gelband Architect for major renovations of an old house and wouldn`t hesitate to do so again or to recommend them without qualification. They do a thorough, creative and thoughtful job in the design phase, provide a detailed plan for exactly what work will be done when, anticipate most issues so that there are few change orders, and they do this almost to the day on their projected time frame. While it may seem that they are slightly more expensive than many competitors, it is worth it because of the quality of the work, reliability, few change orders to add expense and their overall good relationships with their subs. They make it all happen with only the necessary disruption to the homeowner. Ken Gelband Architect were a perfect team!

Very responsive. Couldn't be happier with Mr. Gelband's services, and he was reasonable, too. He designed a complex addition to our house which my wife kept modifying. However, Ken was a gentleman throughout and we reached a great design conclusion about which everyone was ecstatic. I would do it again and would recommend this architect to anyone seeking architectural services.
