Very bad service -disappointed-

On April 6th approx 4:30am my friend an I decided to go get coffee and sandwiches .. On arrival at the drive thru we placed our orders however the cashier said he wasn't hearing us clearly so we should drive up to the next window so I did ,when I got to that window he had my order ready so I asked him if he got everything that I had ordered seing that he said he wasnt hearing us clearly, he then said to me with an attitude that I should have been looking at the screen while I was ordering however I said nothing to him n I payed and collected the bag with our order . Before I drive off I decided to check just to make sure my order was correct and is wasn't ... He had given us something totally different fr what I had ordered so I told him that the order wasn't correct and I asked kindly for him to change the order and he said to me that all sales are final!!!???now my friends are all upset and started cursing (but who wouldn't ???) I immediately took my iPhone out and started recording what was going on ... The cashier slammed the window and began taking other orders .. I thought his entire behavior was an embarrassment and also very rude...we he saw that we were still at the window he came bck started yelling with his head through the window , he went on saying that I I don't leave that he was going to call the police.. I really didn't want the situation to escalate .. I had already recorded what happened so I left I am now contacting you and hopefully something with be done ... I will be posting the video online and I will be sending it to news12 . There was a camera at the drive thru so u guys can take look for your selves ... A successful company a yours I believe is based upon quality service and costumer satisfaction ... The way your employee reacted was unnecessary , uncivilize and he is atmost disgrace to your company... I will never buy from that location again ... The level of professionalism that was displayed was NONE!!!! I am very upset , not tryin to be rude smh
