When I noticed there was a shoe repair shop in the area I thought cool. When I went inside it was a different story. The old man who greeted me was obnoxious and rude. He asked me when I needed my shoes back and I politely said as soon as possible. His reply was "of course you do along with the other 15 people that I have ahead of you!" When I asked him how much it would cost and whether or not he accepted credit cards, again in a rude manner he replied "NO CREDIT CARDS AND ITS GOING TO COST YOU A LOT ABOUT $30!!!" Needless to say I will drive anywhere else to get my shoes repaired but will never give this guy my business again! Bad business ethics.

This is a horrible place to do...

This is a horrible place to do business! I took a duffel bag to have the straps reparied two months ago and I saw one like it cut up on the floor and he said, "It is not yours" I knew that it was because he has been lieing for two months that he can not find it. If you are a male he will do business with you in a fair manor! Some females he is very direspectful to! THE PLACE IS UNORGANIZED, AND HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A BULLY! As of this month I have not received my product. I beleive he destroyed it or sold it. His ruthless attitude shows how he steals from the public! FEMALES DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MONSTER!

AWFUL PLACE

Mike of Mike's shoe repair is an awful wretched man. He took my shoes (5 pairs) and promised me that they would be dyed within that first week (2nd week of May 2010). I dropped them off on a Friday and he told me to come back the following tuesday to pick them up. I told him I was getting married the first saturday of june and needed to be assured they would be ready, him claiming again, to come back the following tuesday. I did as requested and came back the following tuesday to find my shoes sitting exactly where i left them on the counter, untouched. I asked what happened and he said he could not get the dye. He told me to come back the following week. This went on for several weeks, each time, him swearing, blowing cigarette smoke at me and assuring me i would have my shoes back with plenty of time. 1 week before my wedding, i received my shoes, that had dye splatches on the bottom of the shoes, where you put your feet in, etc. It was extremely sloppy. One of the pairs even had a whole section undyed.

Nevertheless, I paid the $20 per pair and took my shoes, at this point i had no choice but to take them. One the night of my wedding, one of my bridesmaids took off her shoes at the reception to find that her entire foot was covered in red dye!! myself, had also changed from my white dress shoes for the ceremony into a pair of red dyed flats. I took found my legs (they were lace up), feet and wedding dress with red dye all over it.

he was rude, unattentive, unapologetic and did a bad job on his product. i could deal with his nasty attitude if the service he provided was worth while but it was not worth a dime, and even ruined my 1k wedding dress!!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
