mediocre at best. but since miya's sushi is super over-priced and has discontinued noodles and more affordable fares, where else can you go in downtown new haven? for lunch, it's passable...

Miso Japnese restaurant Sushi not fresh

The first thing that Miso Japanese restaurant must learn about sushi is that it is imperative that they use the highest quality ingredients. Their sushi chef was nice but he must be trained better in the art and science of sushi lest a customer get sick. My friends and I who enjoy sushi all over the state sent all of our sushi back because the fish was dry and discolored. Though we will not go back, a discount would have been the right thing for them to do (which they did not do).
