Provided by YPmobileI'm a resident of down town New Haven. Recently a pizzeria named Red Tomato opened up on chapel street. It's not your typical pizzeria though. Being a chef myself, I was hesitant in trying. As soon as I walked in the staff politely greeted me and took my order. My pizza was done within a few minutes of waiting. Not expecting a great quality pizza, but not bad! unexpectedly one of the staff came over to where I was waiting to hand me my order and also added garlic knots on the house. As I mentioned previously, by far one of the best customer service experience I've ever had!
