I have been with this company for 10 years - 10 years! The last time I got new phones, mind you there are 3 on my plan ... The sales man was a fast talking rip off artist - I BOUGHT - not free with contract - BOUGHT my flip phone and my son's Google phone - My dad's was still good. My flip phone worked for 8 months - They replaced it under the mfg warranty and told me I now had another 12 months. Now it's 6 mo later - the Samsung flip phone broke AGAIN and they are telling me it is out of warranty - I can buy another one. OH, and apparently, even though I paid for phones, I am under a 2 year contract. The phone is out of warranty - it keeps rebooting itself in the middle of conversations and I am under contract to use their service with a crappy phone that doesn't work. OH - here's the kicker - because I pay so much anyway, and have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, they'll waive the down payment and I only have to make 20 monthly payments! They are out of their minds. I have an automatic cancellation scheduled for the second my "contract" is up on 9/25/13. Brutal!!! DON'T EVER GET SUCKERED INTO USING T-MOBILE!!! They used to have great customer service and quality products - That ship has long sailed!
