Provided by YP.comI've used Tyco a few times and have been satisfied with the service, but it's always a bad experience that leaves a bad taste. I went in to have some address labels printed and explained that my file was an Excel file, and that there were some Canadian addresses that they should be aware of. When I went to pick up my order, I found that they had mistakenly printed another file of a similar name, which could've been avoided had they called me to clear the confusion. Thought that was why they asked for my cell #. They also screwed up the Canadian addresses. When I pointed out the errors, I was told that the work to actually merge the Excel file would've cost $40 rather than the $6 that they charged me. I guess this meant that I was to accept sub par work because they failed to properly price the job. I never said I had a budget when requested the work. I just wanted good work. I could pay $40 for good work! I thought the excuses were interesting. I left Tyco and went to Allegra where the job was done and priced correctly.
