Hi I’m Mark. Today is 7/27/22 and I’ve just gotten off the phone with the New Haven office. My call was taken in ten minutes and the person I spoke with was incredible and informative. She was very attentive to my situation and did help immediately! So to all you naysayers, button your lips! It worked amazing for me and should for you!🤓

I have never been a place where most of the employees are clueless. The waiting time is unheard of .and don't even try to call office, because you get no answer. Suposedly all staff are busy. Doing what !!!
