Four of our attorneys have advanced degrees in taxation form New York University Law School and we are often involved in tax court litigation. By focusing our practice on the legal needs of privately held companies and the individuals and families who run them, we have become thoroughly familiar with the various special concerns they face in building and managing their businesses - and the family dynamics that are often involved. For clients without inhouse counsel, we often fulfill that role on an as-needed basis.
