The group of people working here are some of the best, friendliest, and most helpful people there are.

I have beenn a customer of Schnelker for 39 years. I find these negitive comments laughable. We've bought numerous snowmobiles and rode them in 9 states and Canada. Mountain traveling required special set ups especially on older models and SM knew how to do it better then most. The Mercury Marine folks will tell you they are some of the best trained, most product knowledgeable in the country and they proved it while servicing our boats.

If I could put no star I would...dropped my boat off was told it was to old to work on went to pick it back up and someone had backed my trailer into some things and broke the tail light. ..Their boat techs are a joke better calling me

Years ago when we had a family lake cottage my Dad always dreaded going to Schnelkers because of their attitude. That was 20 years ago, so I thought in this day in age with the economy and all that they would have changed. I guessed wrong. A very simple question and asking for advice got me a smart&$@ answer from the man working the parts counter. I hate going online to buy parts instead of local, but situations like this force me to and with a business like this, I don't feel guilty.

Do not ever call them and ask for help! The cranky old man that works there is so hard to work with. He has no common sense and makes finding the part you need next to impossible!



I would rather drive up to Wawasee than to deal that that jerk!
