Provided by YPmobilePoor customer service
I had a blow out the other day and one of the tow companies that were close to me was Joe Ballor towing in New Haven. My insurance company setup the tow at my request. After some time went by I called the tow company. The lady the phone was very rude. She told me, with a very rude deliverance that the tow would come in about an hour and u should know this because I should have talked to my insurance company. After a few back and forward comments she proceeded to end the conversation between telling me to have a nice day. Her attitude was such as if I needed to use their service and she was doing me a favor. I called my insurance and canceled the tow. Mind you I will never use them again

Provided by YP.comVery unfair service. The driver who came to pick up my car was extremely rude and impolite. When he arrived at the scene, I told him that the car is not to be started because it was missing the engine mounts. The technician told me to, "Just f*** off," and started my car anyways, causing engine damage. He then said that he's not responsible, and that he's just doing his job. Horrible, horrible service. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because this company was so destructive. He began to swear at both me and my older mother for making his job so difficult by having my car towed anywhere else but the junkyard. I told him that this car is going to be repaired, and he began to tell me what an idiot I am for ever wanting this car.
It's stressful enough that I was in an accident with this car, the last thing I need is this kind of aggravation. I will NEVER use this company ever again, and I will continue to fight in order to get paid for the damage caused by such an ignorant and inappropriate driver.

Provided by YP.comI was in an accident and Joe Ballor was called by the police for the tow. When the tow company got to the accident they where very efficient in clean up and getting my car onto their truck. However, before they removed my car from the scene they neglected to ask me where I would like it towed. I know it is not required to ask but it would seem to me that good customer service would put the customer's best interests first. They towed it to their yard and it cost me $17 a day for everyday it was on their lot and $50 for them to hook it up again and $3.50 each loaded mile to have it towed to my house. Total bill came to $279. Had they asked me where I wanted it towed in the first place it probably would have been about half that. Thank you Joe Ballor for the excellent towing, but please work on your customer service.
Thanks for your input. Please understand many times during accidents our drivers are trained open up the roadway as soon as possible for the safety of all involved.
