I was driving down the road, with my children in the car and literally started loosing power. I pulled in and was broke down in their driveway. They were extremely helpful. They fixed my car and charge a very reasonable price within 24 hours. I was thankful they didn't try to take advantage of the situation. I highly recommend them to all friends and family. Very nice, professional and prompt.

I had a problem as a result of a tire center shearing off a locking lug nut while mounting new tires, preventing one of the wheels from being removed.



The lug nut was sheared so badly that there wasn't enough material to get any type of socket around it, or any other tool.



Not only could the tire shop not get the remaining portion of the lug nut off, but they made things worse by using a air chisel and basically caused the remainder of the nut to bond to the thread, before telling me that there was nothing more they could do, and I'd have to find a specialty shop to get the wheel off.



After going to 3 other places (with 3 new tires and the old one still mounted) and either being told the wheel was going to have to be destroyed in the process of getting the wheel or, or that they didn't want to deal with it, I went to Morgans, where they used a combination of tools to methodically get the remaining portion of the sheared lug nut off, without further damaging the alloy wheel.



When leaving they charged me a price that was so reasonable that I literally couldn't believe it, given how many tools and how much time they spent on this,



Tom, the tech that did most of the work, was polite and methodical. Tim, the owner, is a super nice and reasonable person.



This is the kind of job that only a very customer friendly place that really wants to go out of their way to serve their customers would do, and they did it very quickly, on short notice, at an incredibly reasonable price.



I don't write reviews very often online, but felt compelled to take the time to give props to Morgans for their outstanding work.



One last thing; I am not related in any way to the owners or anyone who works there. I literally cold called them, desperate to get a problem resolved that other shops literally didn't want to bother with, and Tim calmly told me to come on in ASAP.



I will absolutely be back.
