Horrible customer service. .avoid them at all cost

If they were the last place on earth... you can't pay them cash or debit card without applying for an account with a credit app. Refused to just sell me the propane.... does everybody by their gasoline like that???

As always if you don't use enough for the tank size, you will be slapped with a rental fee. The notice you receive on this however, is deceptive. It doesn't give you the deadline date, just a general "end of March." So then, when you call to get delivery, there is no possible way they can get to you in the next three days OR your deadline has already passed. It does not matter that your needs have changed due to having a new heating system installed. Make sure you accurately predict ahead of time and demand a smaller tank when your crystal ball tells you that you will not use enough propane.



The icing on the cake is, the secretary treated me like I was an idiot for even thinking they could make a delivery in the next 4 days. Did not seem to even want to keep me as a customer. So she wins and I am gone. Congratulations. There are plenty of other providers who are willing to be courteous and helpful to earn my business. .
