Short review: They turned an absolutely horrible experience (from a different dealership) into a truly positive one. Their Sales Staff is incredible!
Long review: I found a 2014 1LT that had everything that I wanted, color, options, etc. I went to "dealer No1) during my lunch to discuss the vehicle with a Salesman. During the time I was there he took me to a vehicle I didn’t want and explained to me that this WAS the vehicle I wanted. He proceeded to take me back inside where he took a phone call and sat on the phone with someone for about 15 minutes. He finally took my information and I told him that I would be back at 5:15 to discuss price and monthly payments prior to purchasing any vehicle. He was adamant about bringing in a vehicle from some alternate location so I explained to him again that I need to see final cost and monthly payments prior to making any decision to purchase a vehicle. I explained to him several times that I was on a specific budget. Regardless, when I came back in he was with a customer and asked me to wait in the waiting room. I asked if the numbers were finished and he indicated that, yes and someone will be out to speak with me momentarily. He also explained that he was having “my” car brought in at that very moment to which again I replied that I just need to see the numbers. I waited there for just over a half an hour. He came in to speak with me and told me that the guys would be over to speak with me in a few minutes. Another half an hour went by during which I received several calls from my wife asking me where I was and when I was coming home. Several times during that half hour I went out to the lot to walk around. During the last time I was sitting in my car and the Salesman sent me a text telling me that the Finance people wanted to speak with me. When I came in the Salesman asked me to wait in the waiting room again and I sat there another half an hour. This time I just got up and left.
I called Dealer No2, and spoke with them that evening about what had happened. I went to their dealership and they processed my application, located my vehicle and sold it to me all within a few hours. I was out the door with paperwork in hand. They had told me that the vehicle was located at Liberty Chevrolet so I indicated that I wanted to see the vehicle and that I would drive out there in the next few days because they told me that I had to wait until the key was changed before taking possession. During the next few days the vehicle was sold to another individual, keyed up, and driven off of the lot. When I called Liberty they told me that they didn’t have the vehicle and I needed to speak with Dealer No2 regarding this issue. When I did, he basically blew off the issue and he told me that it was no big deal because he retained an identical vehicle on his lot which was just waiting for the warranty key work to be done on it. Now, in saying that there were several lies uncovered at one time. 1-the key issue, 2-the vehicle sitting on his lot, and 3-the fact that they added/changed the price I had negotiated with them on the order (I didn’t catch this at the time of the sale because it wasn’t shown to me…the really long form that gets signed at the end. The Finance individual had that part rolled over his desk and was only pointing me to where I was to sign and then he folded up the paper and put it in the pack). So now, as I was asked to, I called back to Liberty to explain what happened and they told me that they could get me the correct vehicle for the same price and they would make it all work. They did, in fact, make everything work...the numbers, the vehicle, the keys, everything. I am quite satisfied with how they handled the entire situation. If you want to be treated with respect and you want a fair deal...go to Liberty Chevrolet and speak with Matt (or their other Sales staff).

Provided by YP.comRecently, I had my very best car buying experience ever at Liberty Chevrolet, thanks to my salesman, Matt Sayyae, and my finance manager, Greg Lambert . Both of these gentlemen were very professional, unassuming and knowledgeable. Matt did a wonderful job of going through all of the features of my new Chevy Volt, which I greatly appreciated, as I am somewhat techno-challenged. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable, and funny ! In summary, in all my years of buying cars, this was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience I've had. Do yourself a favor, if your looking for a new or used car, or need service done on your vehicle, go see these guys. You'll be so happy that you did!

Provided by YP.comI dealt with the Liberty Hyundai dealership located next door to the Chevy dealership and the two stars I gave belong to only the sales person I dealt with. I have RAVE reviews for Jeff Stewart. He was accomodating, honest, friendly, and everytime I had to go see him he washed my car for me. He knew that my time was valuable and didn't waste it.
The financing department was a nightmare. I actually worked with 2 different people (one was in training) and I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone because of my experience with them. Kristen, the finance director, was training another gal named Kelly. Kelly was for the most part ok. She was new and a tad scatter brained, but we ended up not dealing with her that much. When it came down to the 'meat'of our contract it was Kristen who we dealth with. Kristen was rude, and pushy. She kept trying to push additional warranties on my husband and I. The tire and rim warranty and GAP. (FYI you can get GAP insurance from your regular insurance company for less) Anyhow, we said no to the warranties but she (Kristen) wouldn't accept our answer. I must have said no 12 times getting angrier and angrier as I answered because she just kept arguing with me. Finally she accepted my answer. However, as soon as I left the room, she started to argue with my husband about it. Who said no also, but she wouldn't accept his answer. He finally said I don't care, I just need to get back to work. I complained to the Manager about her behavior, his name is Chris, and he was smug, and made a comment about him never having a complaint about her before. I find that HARD to believe!!! Anyhow, I wanted Kristen to acknowledge that how she behaved was wrong. That was it. Instead, she fake cried, and point blank lied to me. I think I'm more irate AFTER her apology. I do NOT reccommend financing through this organization. I have NEVER had a worse experience with a financing department. So, if you want a Hyundai, my car is super awesome, and Jeff Stewart is top notch, but find your own financing!

Provided by YP.comGot contacted when I made an offer online for a silverado. The salesman told me he would get me a great deal. When I schedualed a test drive they didn't even have the truck there for me. Instead they drove me to another dealership and had me drive it back. Then when we sat down to look over the paper work there was no deal at all. So I told them to keep it. I figure they waisted enough of my time. Then they bothered me for 2 more days. When I finally talked to them they wanted to know what it would take to get me to buy the truck. I told them and we worked out a deal. They told me to come down and get it. When I did they raised all the prices and told me if I didn't like it don't buy it so I didn't. I am now contacting everyone I can about this issue BBB, Chevrolet and Attorny General consumer protection.

I bought my trailblazer from this dealership. In the beginning, the salesman was friendly. Then turned out to be a jerk! The car was overall is good condition when I got it, so I thought! I went to shampoo my car within the first couple weeks of getting it and areas of my car came out pitch black!! Obviously, the car was not detailed before putting it on the lot. When test driving it, I didn't notice any odor or issues...then my traction control light and service light went out and wouldn't go over...also my car then smelled like smoke, after driving it a few times and using the heat. ( I don't smoke, nor was anyone in my car with me that smoked)
I called the dealership, and the salesman NEVER returned my call. I had no choice but to go above him to the sales manager. He also NEVER returned my call. Long story short, I called back several times and played phone tag between salesman and manager to find out they would do NOTHING for me. (Salesman and manager were making excuses for why they didn't return my calls and the condiiton of my car)
So, I had to pay 170 $$ outta pocket to get it detailed and an ozone put in my car for 24 hours.
I will say, the service department was very friendly and helpful, and even offered me a rental for the 24 hours.
Do not reccomend going to Liberty to purchase vehicle- however, will use service department, again, if I'm in area.

Provided by YP.comI PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM LIBERTY CHEVROLET. THE SERVICE DEPT IS TERRIBLE. THEY STOLE MONEY OUT OF MY ASHTRAY, BROKE MY TRANSMISSION WHEN MY KEY GOT STUCK IN THE IGNITION. THEY THEN TOLD ME THAT I PUT THE KEY IN UPSIDE DOWN WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE THE KEY IS THE SAME ON EITHE SIDE. THEY WANTED ME TO TAKE THE CAR HOME EVEN THOUGH I COULDN'T GET IT OUT OF PARK. I PURCHASED TOUCH UP PAINT FOR THE CAR. MY CAR IS MAUI BLUE AND THEY GAVE ME OCEAN BLUE AND WOULDN'T TAKE IT BACK. MY CRUISE CONTROL LIGHT WENT OUT AND THE SERVICE MANAGER AT THE TIME SAID MY AVEO DID'T HAVE A CRUISE CONTROL LIGHT. IT NEEDED A NEW CLUSTER WHICH I GOT REPLACED AT CHAMPION CHEVROLET. I GUESS MY CAR REALIZED IT WAS AN AVEO AND DAID WOW I'M NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE A CRUISE CONTROL LIGHT AND TURNED IT OFF!!!!. THE THE SERVIE RECEPTIONIST ASKED MY SON WHY IS SHE WIGGING OUT. THEY BROKE MY TRANSMISSION,GAVE ME THE WRONG PAINT,STOLE MONEY OUT OF MY CAR, AND NEVER EVER FIXED THE CRUISE CONTROL LIGHT WHICH I STUPIDLY TOOK IT BACK 3 TIMES FOR. I ALSO PAID TO HAVE MY TIRES ROTATED AND THEY ROTATED THEM TWICE. ONCE TO DO AS I ASKED AND THEN AGAIN BACK TO THE ORIGINAL POSITION. BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM OR GET IT FIXED THERE ???? NOT IF MY LIFE DEPENED ON IT!!!!!!!!!

Provided by YP.comI returned my Chevy Silverado to Liberty Chevrolet at apx. 9:00 p.m. on 7/23/09. I then received a statement from GMAC dated 8/7/09 stating I owe $153.70 is for turning in my vehicle 5 days late in which GMAC say is 8/5/09. I contacted GMAC and spoke with a Charles on 8/14/09 and faxed him an odometer statement showing the date that I returned the vehicle on 7/23/09 and signed by a salesman from Liberty Chevrolet. The problem is that salesman gave me paperwork showing that I returned the vehicle to Bob Saks Oldsmobile which was around the corner they are no longer in business. I have tried working with GMAC to get this matter resolved and they are unwilling to work with they tell me I have to contact the dealership in which I returned the vehicle and so I went to Liberty Chevrolet and spoke with Sam Anton the General Sales Manager at Liberty Chevrolet he is unwilling to work with me as well as he keeps telling me that I never returned my vehicle to his dealership but he admitted that the employee worked there at that time. I am not sure what else to do so I have now contacted the Better Business Bureau about this dealership and FALSE documentation. The sales manager told the BBB that I did return my vechical to his dealership and that it was on GMAC so he has changed his story as soon as I got the BBB involved.
Please Reconsider doing business with this Dealership!!!!!
