I use IAL for my alarm system, I just wish I had found them sooner. You never know how important it is to secure your home until someone breaks in your home. After an incident at my home where luckily everything that was taken or broken was replaceable, I made a very panicked call to several different companies I found online and IAL was probably the third company to return my call. They were very helpful and never lost patience when dealing with me or my wife. After doing some research and comparing some prices I gave them a call back and went forward with the alarm system within a week. They were the company we felt most comfortable with. Whenever we have any questions they are always very helpful. I recommend them 100%.

I contacted IAL Total about 3 years ago when I was locked out of my car at a shopping center near their store- of course it was a day that was raining and I had a million places I needed to be. The store manager gave me the number to a locksmith and it turned out to be their number. Their tech was at my location just a few minutes later, and I was in my car several minutes after that. I have since used them for several different things such as purchasing a safe and I had a camera system installed at my home office. When one of the cameras stopped working, they were over right away to check on the problem and had it replaced within days. They were honest and up front with me every step of the way.

In October of 2011, I had called IAL Total Security because my co-worker uses them for their alarm and camera system. I called them on a Tuesday evening and by Wednesday Evening I had someone come to my house, give me an estimate for the alarm system and they answered all of my questions regarding possibly installing a gate and camera system in the following year. 2 Days later I had my Alarm system set up, and an estimate was given to me for a future gate project. They were efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and fair. After this winter, I will definitely be calling them back for more upgrades on my property.
