i wish there was a negative star on here. The person in charge needs to be replaced ASAP. She has a horrible attitude and is as helpful as a box of rocks.

You call and ask questions or ask for help and are basically answered with a mundane uh huh. nope can't help you. And these people so say LOVE animals???? your personalities and attitudes say otherwise. not sure who appointed this woman in charge but boy did they miss the mark!!!!!
