I usually go once a week to get my vehicle washed. Two weekends ago, I was paying for a $10 wash with my debit card. They were having trouble with the payment machines that day and repeatedly had to go to the machines to help customers with their payments. I selected my wash and inserted my card. I waited a few minutes and tried again because the transaction didn't process. I happened to log into my bank account on Monday and realized that I was charged twice (I only received one receipt and one carwash). I didn't worry too much about it, I figured they would make it right the next time I went. Well I went yesterday, paid for my carwash (it did NOT print a receipt again), drove up and while I was waiting in line, the guy in front of me told them that he hadn't received a receipt either. They opened up the machine and low a behold, the receipts were inside the machine. When it was my turn, I told the attendant about what happened the last time I came. He told a man (I assume he was the owner or manager). The guy was walking upstairs at the time and continued on his way. I told the attendant to just have the guy meet me by the vacuums. He never came. He ran around the carwash doing different things but never even bothered acknowledging that I was there. They have definitely lost my business! Even if the guy would have told me to bring in my bank statement as proof would have been fine (I probably would not have even bothered doing it, let's face it, it's only 10 bucks). But the fact that he completely ignored me has left me filing a dispute for false charges with my bank and filing a complaint with the BBB!

i used to go there once a week and get the wash with the tire shine. But they started to water down the tire shine and it would sling all over the side of my truck. So i still went there but i would have to buy the wash without the tire shine. Then today my truck came out of the wash and still had dirt along the bottom of the doors. I asked if they could run it again for me. The manager and the owner came and looked at the truck and said its not going to clean the inside of my rims. I said i know that im not worried about that i just want the truck clean. The manager then told me i need to stop in the bug area and clean my whole truck before i get it washed. And they will not run it again. So if you go there make sure you wash your vehicle first. The one on center st by lowes works realy good it just sometimes pulls my wiper blades up. But it cleans the crap out of your car.

and my vehicle looks like I spent hours washing it by hand each time.
