I had a great experience with using Walmart Vision Center in Breaux Bridge and was in New Iberia visiting my parents when I decided to do my annual eye exam in New Iberia. #1 I felt rushed. #2 little to no educated help finding appropriate frames. NEXT was not fitted for frames when I picked them up. THEN lens pops out a week later. I go to let them know I'm not happy with my purchase and all they do is change the screw. I ask if there us anything they can do bc they are too narrow for my face and the lens popped out after only a week. They said I could get a lens replacement. I was never told about the 60 day exchange policy until I inquired about what I could do at Breaux Bridge WVC. I'm waiting for my new glasses to come in. They aren't even what I want...but I will settle to get done with dealing with this store. One employees customer service skills were very unnerving! She pretty much ruins the atmosphere in that place. Very rude when I asked to exchange my frames.
