Jim is VERY rude. Once he has your money his professionalism goes out the window! He is "too busy" to call you to ask your preferences on pictures because he "works 60 hours a week" So he just does what he wants with your pictures. He hung up on me on the phone. I am 24 years old and clearly an adult I pay my own bills and he kept referring to me as a "kid" and "you kids just want everything handed to you". I was very apalled by the way he spoke to me. Stay away!
