With convenient 24 /7 access, members may enter anytime with their membership key card. Hours shown are staffed hours. Cardio Equipment with entertainment options Strength Training Circuit Free Weights Staffed by Certified Personal Trainers for motivation and guidance. Group Exercise including Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, and Strength & Conditioning classes. Personal Training Therapeutic Massage is available for all. Active Life membership is not required.
