Lack of Service

We really like the food at Chili's Bar & Grill. But the service stinks. When picking up a 'To Go' order, I had to wait 5 minutes while the employees cleaned up a spill, 10 minutes for the bar tender to make a non-alcoholic drink which she dropped into the ice bucket, 10 more minutes for the bar tender to remake the drink, then 5 more minutes to get my money back because the plastic glass the bartender put the drink into broke when she spilled it and she did not bother to get a new one.
