We contracted with a different limo for ride from NL to OHare. That limo service was wonderful. He apparently felt he couldn�t return us from OHareto our home even though we confirmed twice. He sent a car from Cox. Car ABSOLUTELY stunk from
old smoke, though they will tell you they don�t allow smoking. Originally didn�t choose Cox because of reviews stating same issue, and then we got stuck with then anyway! Will never let this occur in future.

I have used Cox for many years. I travel for business about 25 weeks out of the year. I have always had on-time , courteous service. Drivers are friendly and cars are nice.

10/12/12 ..limo arrived 1/2 hour late...We ordered a limo for 6 people and asked for a bigger size limo...what we got was a small limo with a large woman in sweat pants driving it....didn't have enough room in the trunk for 6 bags , so since the driver didn't want to move her lunch box, she told us to put the luggage in the back with us ! In addition the limo was filthy inside and smelled like McDonald's and sweat ! ( from our large driver ). Extremely rude and would not use again...not a real limo company..just pretenders ..I would give 0 stars but at least the limo had wheels , that has to be worth something...

We ordered a limo from this Cox ,,It came 20 min late , the driver , a cokko mama, said she went to get gas and hot chocolate ,thats way she got late , Can you imagine ?????We almost drove our car to the airport, Another limo showed up , cause we called the dispatcher and they could not got a hold with the first limo ,etc, was a big mess .They have communication problems too.I will never ask their service again.and wish good luck to other customers .You guys need a lot .

disgusting obnoxious driver NEVER AGAIN !!

We purchased a limo, and was guaranteed a limo, not a town car. Guess what shows up, a town car. The town car was too small for our party, plus it was very dirty. The worst part was that the driver was extremely rude. Called Cox office, and they were equally as rude.

Been very happy customers of cox for years. The are pleasant, efficent and friendly!
