NEVER GO HERE. I had a terrible experience. I purchased a package and when I came back a week later to use they said this was not in their system. I told them the exact date and time I purchased package and told them I can prove it by pulling up my debit/credit account. The girl at front desk was the most rude person and kept telling me it is not her problem and I would have to come back and talk to the manager. After she called the manager at home to discuss my problem it sort of got resolved. However, when I went into the room to tan she called someone on the phone and was using profanity as she was telling this person the story. She was calling me every name in the book. I could not believe how terrible the customer service was.
