After recieveing your i-heater i put it in a space that is about 900 sq. ft. This is your i-heater that is suppose to heat 1500 sq.ft. The heater is no more powerful than a small ceramic heater, that cost me $55. After sending it back, you informed me there is a 30% restocking fee. This was not a special order, why the extreme charge to restock??? Just very unhappy about the performance of your product and your customer service. Sorry, but I will tell all I know who is considering a electric heater, that yours is not what anyone is looking for! Sad way to run a business, making money on returns!!!!! I consider this to be false advertising.

I wish I had read the review on this one before I bought it. The transmission went out on my UTV, 4 months after I got it, and although it has a warranty, the company seems to be ignoring it. I wrote to them a month and a half ago about replacing the transmission and they do not respond. I have called the same person in parts dept. many times and he says he will send a label to have me take my own transmission out and send it to them..at my cost before he can send me a new one. I haven't even gotten the label he promised.

They have no customer service, no parts, they have 179 complaints filed with BBB. Do not buy, slow shipping, no warrenty or customer service. my atv frame is leaning, bolts coming out, stickers falling off, poorly made, beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
