Infested with roaches, told prior to move there was not. A "bug man" was sent, poison did not work, had to remove them myself, also disinfect cabinets covered in feces. Mold present on windows which are barely 10 inches from floor, told to remove myself. Complained of window leakage, fixed when room my children slept in flooded 2 inches. Children could have been electrocuted if they had gotten a hold of a cord. Windows are single pane, no weather stripping and shake. Broke window cut child, called maintenance, took 4 days to come & repair it. Children or dog could have escaped, severely hurt or killed on road. Babysitting baby, informed of "bug man" coming. Called informed I did not want spray inside, infant under one year present, "bug man" entered anyways to spray. Exposed wires outside, no weather stripping on upstair windows, risking them to fall. Feces all over the grounds effecting ground water. Air units are on the ground, not elevated and will freeze & flood. No space for more.
