Protect the Welfare and Safety of Children and Their FamiliesEncourage the development of services designed to conserve and strengthen home life and parental care for children.

Strengthen Effective Delivery of Services to Children and Their FamiliesProvide responsive, relevant and timely services to the community. Offer services to the community firmly rooted in nationally recognized standards for the welfare of children and their families.

Develop sound programs, policies and funding for services that impact most directly upon children.

Promote Policies that Benefit All Children and Their FamiliesIdentify, analyze and communicate between Board of Directors and Staff emerging issues of actual or potential impact.
