Rich and Rick went above and beyond for me and my wife every occasion. We started with an emergency brake job at the Groton location after completely locking up my front brakes. They charged us fairly and told us their honest opinion of it's safety.

Later at the New London location, which is closer to us, they did a brake job for my wife and a very fair price and quick work.

Than I came in for a noise I heard. They fixed a bearing issue and I had them do the other brakes while it was up. Their was a noise I hear after that just bothered me. It took a few ride alongs and I was very picky. But, after a few drive alongs, and making sure none of the mechanics heard the noise they let me know the car was good. No sound now. There were many other instances they went above and beyond in this venture, but trust me, they will treat you right and you will go back!
