New Market Elementary School provides academic instruction and enrichment programs to more than 300 students in pre-kindergarten though grade five. The school offers classes in math, social studies, science and reading. It provides instruction in music and physical education, as well as guidance counseling, health care, food and special education solutions. New Market Elementary School also offers gifted and talented education programs. The school manages the New Market Elementary School Library Media Center, which provides access to a selection of books. It is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. New Market Elementary School is managed by Jefferson County Schools.
