Terrible customer service! Bought a brand new SXS there. Had to keep pressuring them to get the paperwork done. Transmission went on it couple months later. They said there was nothing they could do! Called Honda corporate. They sent me in the right direction to get it taken care of. It wasn’t the there. I would never recommend them! If I wasn’t working every day, all day, I would have went somewhere else after the first few days trying to deal with them.

I would give them more stars if there was more I am happy they are in new martinsville I am getting a crf 125 dirt bike from them and the riding gear they are so nice to people and I wouldn't shop any where else I got a 300 ex from them many years ago and it to was a great bike I'll tell everyone to buy from them
