Tried ordering online and by phone, neither worked so I went in. Told them phone wasn't working they said i know. Ordered the 5 dollar line up was told it was now 7. I said well the online still shows it as 5 and so doesn't this sign that was setting right on the ordering counter. Manager was very rude said it didn't matter what the sign says. Mind you this was 20 minutes before closing on a Friday night so I am assuming they were hoping I wouldn't order if the price was raised. Ordered anyway and emailing/calling corporate on Monday.

The service is extremely slow and there aren't enough waiters/waitresses to fulfill the needs of guests. The food is good, but my order is almost always wrong when I eat here. They certainly aren't promoting good business because customers are not satisfied. It is total chaos. I wonder are they running a zoo or a business? Very poor management. Somethin needs to be done. Very unprofessional staff. I was very unpleased and I am not sure I will return!

Love Pizza Hut and this one is just great!

Ive ate Pizza Hut pizza for years at the NewMartinsville,WV location, anytime you eat inside, the whole process is perfect, from the time you walk in, to the time you leave. PERFECT ! great people, great food, clean, music not too loud, inside temp is set perfect, i can go on and on. 5 star !!!!!

Now the downfall, try this, order a pizza, ask for it to be well done, but not burnt. EVERYTIME ive ordered it that way, ive got doughy pizza, why ? ive called so many times its insane, yes they will make a new pizza, and 7 out of 10 times, it will be good the second time. HOLD ON ! Now you deal with the delivery drivers, ive recieved pizza stuck to the top of the box, asked the delivery driver, what happned ? he responds that he just delivers the pizza. WOW ! This is not the only example. Ask the managers, mention my name, they know where the problems exist.

Ive been offered free pizza, i declined, i pay for what i eat. Ive been offered a free family eat-in for 4, i declined, i want no handouts.

WHAT EVERYONE WANTS IS TO BE ABLE TO ORDER A PIZZA, HAVE IT DELIVERED BY SOMEONE WHO CARES FOR THEIR JOB, EAT A HOT, PERFECTLY COOKED PIZZA. DONE !!!!!



WHY CANT THIS HAPPEN ! YOU LOST ALOT OF CUSTOMERS !
