I am very disappointed in the very poor customer service and the quality of what Wayside sells. My son built a new home and purchased a brand new Samsung dishwasher from Wayside. He wanted to keep his business local. The dishwasher had great reviews and cost him close to $1,000.00. The very first cycle had issues. He called Wayside to setup a service call which also required time off work so he would be home to let the repairman in. A brand new Samsung dishwasher needing service? It didn’t stop there. The dishwasher has been worked on numerous times since he made his purchase. The latest repair meant the dishwasher had to be removed from his home and worked on at the shop. He picked up his dishwasher this afternoon (more time off work, his own truck, gasoline at his expense) and guess what? Not five minutes into the cycle and the dishwasher is NOT fixed! He is pushing near 2 years since his purchase. This should not be. This dishwasher has had an issue since DAY ONE! I wonder how the owners of Wayside would feel if this happened to them? We are a large family and we have all done business with Wayside for many years. We have purchased several deep freezers over the years, washers, dryers, furniture, carpet, and the list goes on. My in-laws purchased a new refrigerator from them in the past 12 months and they too, had an issue with the temperature in the freezer and refrigerator the very first week they made their purchase. If a business does not offer world class service, the news will travel and only hurt them in the end. Why would we ever want to do business with them again? I look forward to hearing what the owner has to say about this latest repair when he returns from vacation. The Attorney General is also going to be hearing from us. If you’re going to sell a top quality product and charge the price for it, then that is exactly what your customers expects. Top quality. It’s time to put this to rest and replace the Samsung dishwasher, Mr. Herrick.

Get done right and look no more. Had a washer and dryer from them for 18 years before needed new ones. Fantastic service and good prices.
