Here it is almost a year later and their voice mail box is still full dog on shame

Don't call the AMTRAK in New Orleans because they don't answer the phones. I've been calling them all day and it goes staight to voicemail telling me that this box is full. Don't you think that a business should be like that. Ridiculous.
