Lyle Ball has been working for me for over 10 years. He has corrected several repair problems that other plumbers would not even touch. While he is on the high end price wise in this case you get what you pay for. Reliable and knowledgeable.

The initial contact with plumbers from this company was great. They came out and fixed the problem with ease. While fixing one problem the plumbers broke a line in my bathroom. Bathroom flooded and the main water had to be shut off to prevent further damage. Getting in contact with this company again proved to be rather difficult. They were contacted immediately but did not respond until the next day. Once contact was made, they stated they would not send someone out until the following day. even after being advised the severity of the issue. I would not recommend this company at all. At one point they suggested I get another plumber.........

UNPROFESSIONAL TO THE CORE! LAZY! RUDE! Just showed up at my door to service my water heater pilot keeps going off but were rude to the nanny and was rude to me on the phone as he showed up 1 hour early and no one was home. Lazy as hell and thank God they did not touch the water Heater as after reading the reviews I do not want them to ever enter my house. All I can say is that they are unaware of the words COURTEOUS, AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hope no one ever has to deal with them.

Not only is the company lazy and dishonest, they will do a poor job, AND give you lousy customer service.



If this is all that happens to you, count your blessings. They might just damage your home or property just because they aren't good at their job.



I needed to figure out why two water heaters weren't working at my house and the first thing they did was say that they "adjusted" the vents to allow air in. Several service calls with parts replaced and one month later they said we don't know what it could be call someone else. Well, my new plumber explained that my sealed combustion units don't have vents and what Ball's plumbing did was break it open with a hammer and take off the covers, damaging the units. It's $2200 to have them replaced.

Came to fix a leak they were very rude and had an attitude. didn't take their time and rushed thriugh the job and when I came back home from after being out my bathroom was flooded. when I asked him to share responsibility for the damages the owner told me to f@#$ off. he wouldn't even come back to fix the problem told me I had to wait about 3 weeks Because he was going out of town. I'm going to report him to the better business bureau do not use this company.
