Ken and Rose were very l patient with us as nervous first time home buyers. they always answered the phone when we called with questions. They were very knowledgeable of the Uptown area we were looking in and helped us every stepnof the way. Thank you guys!!

Ken and Rose were wonderful to work with. They sold my property very quickly. We knew of their reputation and basically left it in their hands to get it done. They kept us informed and the whole process was smooth. They told us what the market price for the property was and found us a cash buyer. After the property was sold, we contacted them several times with questions and they were always quick to pick up the phone or call you back. If you are looking to buy or sell your property, call the Clouse Team. Don't waste your time with agents who don't produce and just carry a license. Very few and really a very small percentage in the country are seriously top producing agents like Ken and Rose Clouse. And don't just give this very important job to your family member or a "friend's friend" who happens to be an agent. Buying a home and selling your property is a serious task - give it to top notch full time 7-days a week realtor pros like Ken and Rose. Before we met Rose we had an agent who was a co-worker's brother, and we regretted the experience. The agent had another full time job and he wasn't available when we needed him. Rose helped my partner find a great home in a month, showed my partner lots of homes and she was very patient with him and his family. Now we are having her sell our investment property in New Orleans. She's passionate about real estate and it shows as the impressive sales records don't lie.

I talked to several agents over the phone before coming to New Orleans but after talking with these guys I knew they were the ones I wanted to work with. Not only did they show me so many homes in just two days but it was also clear that they really know New Orleans well and are very focused on the real estate business. My work ended up holding off on my transfer untill next year so I'm not ready to buy as soon as I thought. They were very nice when I told them about the delay in my transfer. I kind of felt bad about it after they spent so much time with me but they were very pleasant about the whole thing and it made me feel much better about the situation. As I get closer to my actual transfer data I'll definitely be giving the Clouses a call back.

Rose has been very patient with me, showing me properties for the past few months in the Uptown and the Garden District areas. I appreciate her candidness and energy and even though she is always busy, she would accommodate my requests or answer my questions which means a lot to me.
