Creative Cajun & Creole Cooking classes taught with New Orleans flair. Floor to ceiling glass offering a rare dining experience with a breathtaking view of the Mississippi River. Crescent City Cooks offers a visual essence of the Big Easy while learning to cook traditional New Orleans dishes. Come hungry because all dishes prepared will be served as your meal. Nita Duhe and Shelley Ross are natives of the Greater New Orleans area who have opened Crescent City Cooks to teach visitors to cook as the locals do. Tourists can learn to prepare dishes so they can relive the joy of their New Orleans visit after returning home. Classes are offered daily with varying menus which can be scheduled upon request. Hands on classes are also offered allowing students to be actively involved in the demonstrations. After the class, we have a unique speciality spice and kitchen shop. Here you can purchase all the ingredients you will need to cook creole and cajun dishes at home. Bon Appetit!
