Provided by YP.comIf you expect to keep pharmacy customers you need to hire a PROFESSIONAL staff at the CVS pharmacies on Prytania Street and Carrollton Avenue in New Orleans (Store #5503 and #3730. I have used CVS pharmacies in Hanover, NH, San Francisco, CA and Los Angeles, CA (Stores #5938, #7955 and #9624). All those have been excellent and communicate easily with my physicians. Your pharmacies in New Orleans: (1) lose prescriptions, (2) don't call when prescriptions have arrived, (3) don't know the generic equivalents when prescribed, (4) haven't filled prescriptions when they say they have.
DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE CUSTOMERS TO WALGREENS, WALMART, or TARGET. Please respond to this review.
