The staff is very disorganized, and often frustrating. They will find some way to keep all of your security deposit. There is parking during the day, but you must park outside at night when bands rehearse. They will tow your car if you leave it on the loading dock for too long. Elevator malfunctions are not uncommon. It's cheap and you get what you pay for. I wouldn't mind most of these things if the staff weren't so rude. They never check their voicemail, never return phone calls, and often forget things that you've told them about.
