The Pet Asylum for me has been a complete sanctuary. Definitely not an asylum like a French Quarter lifestyle. The shop is well-run, clean, not smelly & maintain by a heart warm staff that really cares not only about business but your needs and most of all your pets needs. The groomer Goldie is excellent and extremely kind and patient and a good listener too! Even doe I'm not the one getting a haircut. As a French quarter resident I don't have a vehicle and my best friend Captain Bailey. Requires a certain type of dog food. They don't even carry the dog food there but they special order it for me. And at times when I've been in and out of work they order three sausage rolls and let me buy one at a time every other week. They even hold the other two for me. Can't tell you how much I appreciate the gesture but most of all my best friend Bailey appreciates it even more. I give them five stars, a high-five & WOOF-DAT!!!
