The pharmacist, Mr. Ruston Henry is one of the nicest, easy going, always willing to help & assist, type of person I've met while shopping at USA Market on Morrison and Crowder. The pharmacy is in the back to the left as you walk through the front door. He has a team of techs that provide that same warm fuzzy feeling when assisting you. That's the feeling I get when I drop off and pick up my presriptions, warm fuzzies and personable, like way back in the day when neighborhoods where families and every businesses knew everyone by first name. What really impressed me was after dropping off a prescription to get filled and I was pressed for time, I took a stroll around the grocery and realized I recieved a text about 10 minutes later. It was the pharmacy, letting me know my prescription was ready for pick up. Yes indeed. I was truly impressed and I didn't wait long. So I decided right then and there, I found myself a new pharmacy. Dropping off another prescription, since I knew it wouldn't take long I sat at his window (waiting area) noticed that everyone that had transactions with the pharmacist was greeted personally, on first name basis and he remembered last times with each customer. That made me feel proud that I made the right decision when choosing this pharmacy. Those other "commercial" pharmacies can't match to H & W Drug Store. There's no comparison with the quality of customer service, feedback, warm fuzzies, all around wholesome feelings you get from H & W. GOLD STARS FOR YOU AND YOUR TEAM, MR. RUSTON, THEY REPRESENT YOU WELL.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The customer service I get there is second to none this reminds me of the old time corner drug store
