Staff was polite and very helpful and the service was on point. Hotel was well maintained and room was clean! Will come back next time I visit NOLA!

Extremely convenient location for the Convention Hall atendees. Twenty min walk to the middle of the French Quarter. Contrary to the reviewer 1, our room was just a regular room, though there is a refrigirator, microwave oven, and safety deposit box. The room is clean. I would not recommend the restaurant in the hotel. It took forever to bring foods, and the place was empty. They did not bring butter with bread, never refilled waterglass.

This downtown hotel offers a little bit of the comforts of home. There is a kitchenette with a working stove top and each room is provided with dishes and cooking utensils. The rooms are a little outdated and could use new furnishings. Also, parking is very difficult. A lot is provided around the block, but parking is still expensive and doesn't seem safe. If you aren't planning on staying downtown for a long time, this wouldn't be the hotel for you.
