If I could give no stars I would. This was absolutely the worst experience of my life. I was made to feel uncomfortable because of the color of my skin. I asked the girl to make me look pretty and she maDe me look so ridiculous I had to take the hair out. The closure is completely unusable after she hacked at the front. She asked for full payment knowing I looked terrible and her coworkers and other clients in the salon laughed at me. She then refused to take it out and fix it without further payment. I have never felt so embarrassed and humiliated in my life. on top of all of this she stayed on her phone the whole time I was in her chair talking about Personal drama. When I went to another person to remove her ginormous mistake, they were shocked to find a tangled mess underneath the insane amount of hair she had piled onto my head. The string was knotted and my braids were not done well at all. Needless to say I will never be going back and you should avoid this place at all costs.

I had an appointment for 10 am as well. Although the stylist started right away it took her until 5:30 pm to finish! She was very slow, but nice. She was the only one in the shop and kept having to stop to answer the phone. I also purchased hair from the salon. Which was a bad idea....I ended up having to take the sew in out after only 3 weeks because it was ridiculously matted. I take very good care of my hair, I have been wearing virgin hair for a very long time and this is by far the worst hair I have ever dealt with. It was worst than the cheapest Ali express hair. I really wanted to like this salon but I won't be wasting my there anymore. On and I spent over $550 that day o should have just brought a nice wig :-/

Terrible Terrible service!!!!..daughter had appointment for 10am today and waited for Jamie up until 12:14 before she informed staff she was leaving. Staff did not try to fix the problem...did not care a customer waited so long. We will NEVER be back there again. I told my daughter if her sew in turn out great I would schedule an appointment but thank God we found about how unprofessional you all are Before we invested money along with our WASTED time!
