I move out the apartment on September 31, 2015 at the end of my lease only because the manager's gave me a notice stating that she wasn't going to resign my lease agreement. The reason why she didn't want to resign the lease is because when something needed to be fixed I stay on her to do her job. I wasn't one of those young girls she could tell anything too. I reported her town her corporate manager. I emailed and sent photos. Now it's 7 months later and they are sending a bill to me stating I own them money. Now mind you I move out like she asked at the end of my lease. Its says I own 1 month rent, cleaning fee and for carpet. I left the apartment the same way I received it, cleaning then they gave it to me.

management sucks they do not care about the upkeep of the apts . crimes in the apts are constantly being comitted. they need security guards or pay detail cops to patrol the premises . young men hanging out all day watching and preying on their next victims . there oughht to be a loitiering law on the premises .
