I went into the store to switch my service and get the free (after mail in rebate) Samsung Exhibit phone. I asked the guy behind the counter if the phone was free. He replied "yes". I said okay, lets do this. I got home and realized in the haze of everything (store was busy) that I didn't get rebate form. I called back, guy stated I don't get the rebate because I got the $40. plan. I told him thats not what you said before I purchased the phone. I clearly asked you if this was the phone that came with the rebate, you told me yes. You then asked for my ID and Credit Card. Which he was about to charge me for insurance without asking me if I even wanted it.... I called 3 other locations, they said yes ma'am you are entitled to the Rebate!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Humm makes one think the world we're living in....Was he going to file for my rebate???? #Sad
