These were total slumlords and the other reviews must be from the business itself. The Central City properties at least were completely neglected, many had black mold, staff was non-responsive for rude, It is better than being homeless, but just.

I just moved here around 2 months ago and could not have asked for a smoother, better experience. The move-in process was a breeze thanks to the awesome staff and the overall living experience here has been great. The apartments and common areas are beautiful and the other residents and staff have been nothing but friendly. Would recommend living here to anyone wanting to experience living in this area in the best way possible.

I've been living in one of these apartments for almost 4 years, I believe :) The place is managed so well it feels more than just an apartment. They take everything seriously, every call, text, note from every single tenant. Management is amazing, they will get to know you and accommodate in every way possible. I have two kids and for me, solving problems in timely manner is critical. Maintenance crew is always on the site. Never had problems with tenants. Tenants have enough parking space, storage, apartments are spacious and well maintained. Rent is very reasonable.

The customer service responds quickly to requests. The apartments are kept clean and well- maintained. We moved to New Orleans about 3 months ago and toured a number of different buildings around the city. We were blown away by MetroWide Apartments - to the point that we immediately filled out an application to secure the unit we were considering. This is not hyperbole: one of the best decisions we've ever made. Everyone from management staff who took us on a tour and continues to find much appreciated ways to improve our living experience are all truly wonderful. It is absolutely clear that the management who work for these apartments care a great deal about the experience of living in these amazing apartments. And the amenities! There are too many - seriously. We find ourselves commenting that we need to take more advantage of all the great stuff here. Thanks again!!

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY FAR AWAY, WE ARE STUCK HERE FOR ANOTHER COUPLE OF MONTHS AND WISH WE COULD MOVE, STAY FAR FAR AWAY
