We’ve used this company for our St Patrick’s Day Parade for three years now. This year was the worst service EVER! Our delivery time was between 10am and 11am today, they never called us to say it would be late, we called them numerous times, only two calls were answered and each time they told us it would only be another hour. The company finally showed up at 5:30pm, our order was not complete, we were shorted 30 sacks of potatoes and 16 sacks of carrots. The worst part is we are scheduled to ride tomorrow and they did nothing to compensate us or offer to come out tomorrow morning to complete our order. We will not use this company again.
