I will start by saying the work I had performed on my seems to be good thus far. However, after having the work done and paying in full I attempted to get a receipt and warranty for the work. FOR AT LEAST 7 MONTHS!!! After countless calls and emails for those seven months and continued promises that I would get a simple receipt and warranty or promises that somebody would call me back, I never got anything. Finally I took a 20 minute drive to their office on a Friday afternoon and judging from what I saw it didn't surprise they couldn't accomplish these simple tasks. However, after 10 minutes they were able to get me a copy of my receipt that they couldn't manage to get me for 7 months, and they promised me the owner would call me on Monday concerning the warranty. Monday came and went with no call. Tuesday the same, and then again on Wednesday. After about 2 weeks I emailed him directly (I guessed at his email based on the format of other emails within the company and after a few undeliverable messages from a few addresses I tried I didn't get a message back from another one I did so I assumed he got my email) outlining my story and never heard anything back. The next week my warranty magically showed up in the mail. No response via email. No letter apologizing. No letter at least attempting to explain what happened.



Like I said, the work this company did seems to be holding up, but the headaches I went through after the fact to get two pieces of paper was absurd. I'm never using this company again and recommend you don't either unless you have a lot of time on your hands.

They have two very sweet young men working for them don't know there names but young like 25 and/or 28 cute very nice and they work fast and my friend had his house done and it took for ever I couldn't believe how fast my house was done thanks so much Orleans shoring keep up the great work I hope you keep those guys tell them they are doing a great job
